Together with Kirklees Wellness Service Holmfirth Tech will be hosting a free 3 hour course ‘Mental Health for You and Others’ on Tuesday 18th June 2024 from 9.30am to 12.30pm. This course will raise your awareness of mental health issues and offer an insight into ways of coping with challenges. It looks at mental health to support others but also to support your own mental health.
