Kath from Rags to Stitches is hosting a Beginner Sewing Course – ‘One Stitch at a Time’ from September 18th 2024.

Over 4 weeks Kath will inspire you to use your sewing machine to its full potential and start making projects for your home or gifts.

First Session:

• How to thread your machine
• How the machine works
• learning stitches

Second Session:

• Application of stitches and their uses
• Inserting zip on scrap fabric
• Practical use of stitches

Third Session:

• Start a small project such as a little tote bag, bunting or make up case.
• Learning about fabric
• cutting out from a pattern for project
• insert a zip

Fourth Session:

• Continuing with your project
• make a cushion
• appliqué
