The original idea of the HVCAP partner liaison group was to approach partners and ask them to commit to a short term (this year, i.e. 2022) change in their operations for environmental benefit. HVCAP wanted to support identification of changes that could be made, offer any advice on process, funding assistance etc. needed to help achieve the change and then publicise the achievements through its outlets (email, web page, word of mouth etc.) to benefit both HVCAP and the partner.
